Classes (Beginner and Intermediate)

What happens in a class:

Starting with a simple warm up to prepare your muscles.

Then the fun begins with a few spins as a further preparation for your hands and shoulders and then you can move onto your aerials. Before your cool down you will have a few minutes to practice all the moves you have just learned or ask questions about any other techniques.

Then the session finishes with a stretch to increase the range of motion of your muscles.

The moves and techniques change from session to session so you have the chance to practice moves you are familiar with as well as learning new ones every time.

You can come along to Pole Fitness whatever pole experience you have. We accommodate beginners and intermediate students as well.

The 5 vertical poles (max. of 2 people/ pole) will allow you to spend enough time with each moves without having to wait too much for your turn or overworking yourself.

What you will need for the session:

Please wear calf length leggings and/or shorts with a vest or short sleeved top
Bring along a towel and a water bottle for hydration
